Digitas24 (hereinafter: “Organization”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects the privacy of all visitors and is dedicated to the transparent, responsible, and ethical processing of data, in accordance with the applicable Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL) of the Republic of Serbia.

Our website is designed with a focus on user privacy:

  • Does not require registration or the creation of user accounts.

  • Does not sell products or services.

  • Enables voluntary donations to support the work of the Organization.

  • Is intended for information, education, and support of the Organization’s mission.

Visiting the website is possible without leaving personal data. The identity of the visitor is unknown to us unless you voluntarily decide to contact us or make a donation.

2. What Data We Collect and When

We collect personal data exclusively when you voluntarily provide it, in the following cases:

2.1. During the Donation Process

To process your support, depending on the payment method, we may process the following data:

  • First and Last Name;

  • Email address (for sending a donation receipt);

  • Residential address (if necessary for legal records);

  • Donation amount.

Payment Methods and Financial Data Processing: Donations can be made via the PayPal payment processor or by direct payment to our bank account.

  • PayPal Donations: If you donate via the PayPal service, you will be redirected to a secure PayPal page. Digitas24 does not have access to your credit card data, passwords, or other sensitive financial information linked to your PayPal account. All transactions are conducted in accordance with PayPal’s Privacy Policy.

  • Bank Account Transfer: When making a direct payment to the Organization’s account, the bank provides us with data visible on the bank statement (payer’s name, payer’s account number, amount). This data is stored in accordance with legal accounting regulations.

Important Note: Credit/Debit card data (PAN number, CVV code) is neither processed nor stored on our website. Payment processing is handled exclusively by secure and certified third-party providers.

2.2. When Contacting the Organization

If you contact us via email or a contact form, we collect the data you choose to share (e.g., name, email address, message content) solely to respond to your inquiry.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Collected data is used exclusively for:

  • Processing, recording, and confirming the receipt of donations;

  • Sending responses to your inquiries and providing information;

  • Fulfilling legal, administrative, and accounting obligations (e.g., issuing receipts for tax purposes);

  • Maintaining the transparency of the Organization’s work.

Limitation: Your data is not used for marketing purposes, is not sold to third parties, and is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process data based on the Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL), specifically on the basis of:

  • Your Consent (e.g., a clear affirmative act of sending an inquiry or initiating a donation);

  • Legal Obligation (financial and accounting reporting to competent authorities);

  • Legitimate Interest of the Organization (website security, responding to inquiries), strictly to the extent necessary for the website’s functioning.

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

Data may be shared only with:

  1. Payment Service Providers (e.g., PayPal, Bank): Exclusively for processing the donation transaction.

  2. Competent State Institutions: If we are legally obliged to do so (e.g., Tax Administration).

  3. Technical Service Providers: (e.g., hosting provider) who are contractually obliged to protect your data.

All partners are required to act in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Donation Refunds: Given that donations are voluntary and non-refundable, refunds are made only in exceptional cases (e.g., an erroneous multiple payment), upon the donor’s written request within 7 days of payment, in accordance with the law.

The Organization reserves the right to change the website content without prior notice.
